Individual Therapy (Ages 18+)

I provide in-person and virtual therapy to adults aged 18+ who reside in Saskatchewan.

My specialty is supporting adults who have experiences with complex and/or childhood trauma.

However, I am trained to support clients with a wide variety of struggles including:

Trauma/Complex Trauma

Adult survivors of abuse/neglect

Low mood/Depression

Personality Disorders

Anxiety

Difficulty managing emotions

Chronic thoughts of suicide and/or self-harm

Difficulty navigating relationships with others

OCD

Life Adjustments

I am a Victim's Services Approved Provider

As a registered and licensed Social Worker in Saskatchewan, my services are covered by most insurance providers. Please confirm your coverage with your benefits provider. Receipts will be provided for insurance claims submission.

Fees & Policies

Individual appointments (50 min) - $160
(Appointments available in person or via Zoom)

**Note: As of January 1, 2026 fees increase to $170

Please note: 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Clients may be charged for the full amount for all missed appointments or last-minute cancellations. (Exceptions may be made for emergency or illness)
